Trip Overview

This truly amazing tour explores some of the most fascinating geological features that Utah has to offer. From the southwest to the northeast corner of this scenic state there are numerous trails that beg your exploration. Hiking in the warmth of this region is best done in spring and fall and in either case you will witness coral pink sand dunes, moki marbles, ancestral Pueblo ruins and art. At times, you will be surrounded by vermillion red rocks and cacti blooms in gorgeous scarlet reds and brilliant yellows. Then just around the corner may be a cooling stand of trembling Aspen or Juniper tress. You will be inspired by the hiking and the photographic opportunities. Almost without fail you will return to the region though this tour is ideal for those returning or for the first timers
