Registration Procedure Trip RegistrationPayment Please read the fine print prior to mailing your deposit or payment Please complete and mail in the following on-line registration form To register, Please call us or print, read and complete our Waiver of Liability and Guest Health form from our website, see above. Mail these two forms along with your registration form (click below) and your payment to Nomadic Routes Inc. If you are not able to print the waiver and health forms, contact us by phone 807-3700 or email info@nomadicroutes.com and we will be happy to mail them to you. An information packet, which contains the meeting spots, general outing information, a gear checklist and a receipt, will be mailed to you upon registration. The balance of the trip fee plus 7% Canadian Government Goods and Service Tax is due 45 days prior to departure. We accept visa, MasterCard or cheques or cash Payable to: Nomadic Routes Inc. All multi-day tours require a per person deposit of $400.00 or full payment, which ever is less. Your deposit will confirm your registration until 45 days prior to commencement, at which time the balance is due. If the balance is not paid by the due date, we will regard your registration as cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. Day trips require full payment at time of registration Payment options: Visa, MasterCard, personal or certified cheque or cash, 45 days prior to departure date. Please do not send cash through the mail. Our refund policy is based on a commitment of staff, equipment, and resources prior to your trip. Upon receipt of written notification of cancellation, the balance of your trip fee will be refunded based on the following schedule. Cancellations received:
Nomadic Routes reserves the right to change or cancel a program at any time. If a program is cancelled by Nomadic Routes, you may receive a full credit or a full refund will be given. We strongly recommend the purchase of Health, Travel, Accident, Baggage and Cancellation Insurance from your travel agent. An information package will be sent to you containing specific details on: trip itinerary and logistics, pertinent maps, equipment and clothing, a gear checklist, and some tips and suggestions regarding the packing of gear and basic physical conditioning. An element of risk is the key to adventure and is inherent in all the tours described. Those people who elect to participate should be both aware of and prepared to accept this element of risk as an inherent part of the activity. Completion of a liability waiver and health form is required for each trip. This information is kept confidential and will not be used to deny your participation with Nomadic Routes Inc. View or print our waiver The following expenses are NOT included in trip fees: transportation to departure point, personal expenses, departure tax, baggage insurance, additional expenses due to delay, cancellation, or extension of a trip, gratuities, and emergency medical costs.
